Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with your full name, program name, and payment reference. We respond within five business days with confirmation or follow-up questions.
Scope
This policy covers tuition paid directly to SprintHarbor Academy for scheduled workshops and cohorts. Third-party exam fees or vendor tools purchased elsewhere are outside our scope.
Timeframe
For digital-first programs, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not accessed downloadable materials beyond the welcome packet. After material access or fourteen days, whichever comes first, refunds switch to partial credit as described below.
Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative channel. Processing may take up to fourteen business days after approval depending on your institution.
Eligibility
Partial credits may be offered if you withdraw after live session one but before session three, minus a seat-reallocation fee published on the checkout page. No refunds are available once half of live sessions have concluded unless required by applicable consumer law.
Exceptions
Custom enterprise engagements, private on-site deliveries, and programs marked non-refundable at purchase are excluded from standard windows except where Korean consumer regulations mandate otherwise. Force majeure cancellations are rescheduled first; if rescheduling fails, we refund amounts paid for undelivered sessions.
