Service description
SprintHarbor Academy provides instructor-led workshops, cohort programs, and related learning materials focused on IT project leadership and certification preparation. Deliverables are described on each program page. Unless a written statement of work says otherwise, services are educational only and do not include legal, tax, or regulated professional advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the law of the Republic of Korea, SprintHarbor Academy and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of materials or participation in events. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
Acceptance
By registering for a program, browsing this site after viewing a notice of these terms, or continuing to use member features, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and have authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact us to close any account.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration details, attend sessions respectfully, and refrain from recording participants without consent. You may not scrape the site, redistribute paid materials, or attempt to disrupt sessions. You are responsible for securing your credentials and devices used to access live sessions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived by contract.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials, slide files, templates, and branding remain the property of SprintHarbor Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning or internal organizational learning tied to the cohort you joined. You may not resell, publicly repost, or create competing derivative courses from our materials without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for conduct that disrupts other participants. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including liability limits, intellectual property, and governing law—remain in effect.
